I am using AWS academy for my class and as I am doing my labs the aws student user is denied everything so I can't create key name for the VPC, I tried adding the permission and it still tells me that I am not authorized, this is the error I get : Access denied due to resource-based policies - explicit denial. Any idea how I can fix that ?

Great video! I want to restrict the IP address for some hours(say 24 hrs), for those who query to my AWS s3 bucket for more than 100/second. As they might be spam and wanted to harm my business by increasing traffic and raising my AWS costing. How can I restrict these type of IP addresses dynamically and release them after 24hrs?
